Click the link and  read a tremendously uplifting blog post from April  Perry, a woman I have never met, but admire greatly after reading her thoughts on mothering.

My kids wiped off baseboards and dusted the interior doors throughout the house for their Mom's Choice Chore of the Day.  But I hope they also felt how much I loved them and was proud of them as I took them to Krispy Kreme for the "Donuts for As" program with their stellar report cards. Spring break gives us the chance to do both kinds of memory makings.

The Girl shared this with me, after having seen/read it in her English class yesterday.  I must say that the drawings make the story.  Clever, creepy, and very imaginative.  Just another reason I love blogging, or at least stalking other people's blogs.

LOL, falling off my chair

I know I don't ususally post twice, but I just ran across this site and I have been laughing so hard my face really hurts now. That, and I need to pee. What do you think? I love that her blog is called Cake Wrecks! And you know I do truly love cake.
