Prepare ye, prepare ye! Masterpiece Classic is back Sunday with an all new miniseries from the BBC. This Return to Cranford will air on PBS Sunday night (consult your local listings). This is a new look back at some wonderful friends we met last year on Masterpiece.
Return to Cranford will air on January 10th and the 17th. Two 90 minute episodes. I can already hear my heart skip a beat. I do so enjoy these shows.
Plus, following Return to Cranford, the BBC has redone Jane Austen's Emma and that will air on January 24 & February 7th. A couple other encore Jane Austen BBC films will follow--Northanger Abbey and Persuasion. Oh. These are delicious as well.
So, if you are looking to find me on Sunday nights in the near future, I'll be parked in front of the TV pretending I live in an more genteel and polite society. Hope you'll join me there.

I need to hurry and finish Cranford! My DVR is set for Emma and the others AGAIN!
It was fun to watch soooo many chick flicks with Megera over break. Wish you and Jill were with us.
